The Sultanate of Oman is located in the southeast of the Arabian Peninsula. The coast covers a total of over 2000 km, from the Strait of Hormuz in the north to the border of Yemen in the south, and has three seas: The Persian Gulf, the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea.

Muscat, Oman’s port capital, sits on the Gulf of Oman surrounded by mountains and desert. With history dating back to antiquity, it mixes high-rises and upscale shopping malls with clifftop landmarks such as the 16th-century Portuguese forts, Al Jalali and Mirani, looming over Muscat Harbor. Its modern, marble-clad Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, with 50m dome and prodigious Persian carpet, can accommodate 20,000 people.

Day Wise Itinerary

01

ARRIVAL SALALAH

On arrival at Salalah Airport you will be met and transferred to your room at Haffa House Hotel, where you will have time to freshen up. The rest of the morning and afternoon will be spent exploring the city of Salalah. We begin by visiting the Museum of the Frankincense Land Situated within the ancient harbour of Al Balid, the museum houses many excellent works of art exemplifying the rich cultural history of the Dhofar Region. Later this afternoon we drive to the impressive Shanfari Mosque and from there to Al Husn Palace (Palace of the Sultan).

02

FULL DAY VISIT OF EAST & WEST SALALAH

You will be met by our guide at the hotel lobby in the morning and proceed for a full day visit of East & West Salalah. Your first destination is the coastal town of Taqah. Taqah Fort, the landmark of the small town, was the Seat of the Wali, or mayor, until 1984. East of Taqah we visit the ruins at Sumhuram. A once-thriving port city, Sumhuram now lies in ruin, but visitors here are able to gain an insight into the architecture and livingconditions as they were 2,000 years ago. We also visit the adjoining port of Khawr Rhori, which was once an important trade centre and the main port for the export of frankincense. Indeed, excavations here have produced evidence of an ancient city with trade links by sea to far eastern destinations as well as ancient Greece. Later this morning we visit Mirbat, the ancient capital of Dhofar, and an important centre for the 9th century trade in frankincense. Just outside of Mirbat is the famous tomb and mosque of Bin Ali. Ali was revered as a wise and holy man and over his tomb a twin-domed mosque was built, a fine example of medieval architecture This afternoon we proceed in a westerly direction towards Mughsail, passing scattered frankincense trees that dot the landscape en-route. Mughsail boasts a beautiful beach with spectacular natural water fountains, or ‘blow holes’. Our last destination for the day is the Tomb of Prophet Ayub (Job) in the mountains north of Salalah.

Salalah to Muscat Arrival (Oman) - Jebel Akhdar Tour(Optional)

After breakfast depart for Salalah Airport for your flight to Muscat.
Upon arrival at the Muscat airport. Meet & greet in the general arrival hall.
Option 1: Free day to explore Muscat at your own pace.
Option 2: After breakfast Directly will go for wonderful Nizwa Round Tower Fort (Photo stop) and Jebel Akhdar (2000 meters above sea level),
Check-in at hotel as per standard check in time only.

Muscat City Tour - Departure

After breakfast, will go to Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque (Photo stop), with 50m dome and prodigious Persian carpet, can accommodate 20,000 people later back to hotel will do the check out, stop for Lunch(by own) Later will do orientation tour of Muscat On the way to the old town of Muscat, we will stop for a photo stop at the Al Alam Palace, the official palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, Said Al Said, flanked by two 16th-century Portuguese forts - Jalali and Mirani. Through the old town of Muscat, we continue we drive along the waterfront, also called Corniche, to the lively Mutrah Souq, which has been unchanged for generations and welcomes us with a variety of impressions, smells and scents.
After completing your day tour will drive you back to the airport with all sweet memories and Fly back to India

Non-payment may lead to cancellation with forfeiture of registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges:

1–30 days before departure: 100%

31–60 days: 50%

61–90 days: 25%

91–365 days: Booking amount forfeited; balance as credit note (valid 1 year).

Visa Rejection: Treated as cancellation; charges apply based on rejection date.
No Refunds: For unutilized services, missed transfers, or force majeure (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).

Changes & Transfers

Tour changes treated as cancellations; new booking required.
Merging of tours possible due to low participation.

Visa & Travel

Visa approval is at consulate discretion; NHPL assists but isn’t liable for rejections/delays.
Guests must verify visa details; errors may lead to travel denial without refund.

Responsibilities

NHPL acts as a tour organizer; not liable for third-party services (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Guests must ensure medical fitness; NHPL isn’t responsible for health issues.
No liability for losses/injuries during the tour.

Travel Tips

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Booking Amount Full Amount Per Person

GST & TCS Extra as applicable.

Prevailing GST rate is at 5% / GST Rate @10% without Pan Card (If PAN CARD is not available / submitted) will be applicable Extra.
TCS rate is at 5% will be applicable Extra.
A new directive has been released by RBI regarding remittance process. It is now mandatory to submit PAN details of all passengers for all LRS (Liberalised Remittance Scheme) remittances irrespective of the value.
In case of any changes in the GST / TCS rate by government by travelling date, then the customers have to bear the difference of the same.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

No name change allowed after booking.
Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
Hotels may collect the Refundable Security Deposits as per Hotel Policy.
No transfers will be provided for Meals, Meals at Indian Restaurants are by walking.
Vehicle are on Point to Point basis only, Guest has to pay the additional Charges for extra usage of vehicle.
If the Group Tour Passengers are less than reserved Tour block, then the Booking may be re-arranged as per the Available passengers in the Group Tour. If the Guests are increased / Decreased, Tour cost may vary, all the Guest will have to bear the same & bound to pay.
As per health conditions requesting guests to please carry Medicines, Snacks, Biscuits Etc.
Please Read, Carry & follow the Valid Neem Voucher provide by Neem Holidays Private Limited, which will be issued 3 Days Prior to the Departure.
Tour Manager Service will only be provided if the Group size is of 30 passengers or above. For group with size of less than 30 passengers, driver-cum-guide will accompany you.
PAN Card is Mandatory at the time of booking for the every guest (Guest travelling outside India) aged 18 years and above.
Passport is Mandatory at the time of booking for the every Guest travelling outside India.
Validity of the Passport Should be 6 Months and above from the date of Return Journey.
Universal standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs & check-out time is 10:00 hrs. All Hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out will not be possible.
If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions, after deduction of administration charges credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
Neem Holidays Private Limited in no way shall be responsible for Cancellation of Flights, Change of time for Flight / Trains / Bus / Ferry, Missing of Flight / Trains / Bus / Ferry, Any kind of Medical problems or Medical emergencies, Any kind of Loss, Loss due to injury or damage to person or property in connection with the Flight, Train, Bus, Ferry, Transportation, Hotels, Airports, Water, Marine Transport, caused by acts of strikes, Riots, War, Virus Outbreak, Covid or similar, Lock-Down, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Political disturbances, Electricity Failures, Natural Calamities, Government Policies & Permissions, Force Majeure etc.
All the Sightseeing depends on all the Permits, weather & road condition, Land Slides, Permission from the government authorities.
Vehicles facilities are available only Upto parking. Guest has to manage their transfer’s from parking to sightseeing Locations (if required).
2 Doses of vaccination are mandatory, Please carry Final Vaccination Certificate. RTPCR is required for Abu Dhabi Visit.
Itinerary may subject to change as per flight timings, weather Condition, Covid 19 Norms and SOP’s, availability of guide & entrance Tickets (if any) etc.
Any Cost during any type of Natural Calamities / Medical Emergencies / Changes in the tour had to be payable by guest on the Spot.
No refunds will be given for Unutilised / partially utilised services.

General advisories regarding your baggage & Bus travel
Maximum 02 (Two) pieces of Check In & Hand Baggage (01 Piece each) are permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits. it is at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to availability. Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co-passengers on Board.
The turn round for breakdown of bus on tour is minimum of 3Hrs
