Arrival at Delhi Airport – Haridwar (230 KM / 5 - 6 Hrs) HT: 314 M

On Arrival at Delhi Airport, Transfer to Haridwar. Enroute Enjoy the Lunch. Haridwar, lying at the feet of Shiva's hills, i.e., Shivaliks, in the Haridwar district of Uttaranchal Pradesh, is a doorway. Suryavanshi prince Bhagirath performed penance here to salvage the souls of his ancestors who had perished due to the curse of sage Kapila. The penance was answered and the river Ganga trickled forth forms Lord Shiva's locks and its bountiful water revived the sixty thousand sons of king Sagara. In the traditional of Bhagirath, devout Hindus stand in the sacred waters here, praying for salvation of their departed elder. It is doorway to the sources of the Ganga and the Yamuna, 3000 to 4500 meters up into the snowy ranges of the central Himalayas. Haridwar is an ancient city and important Hindu pilgrimage site in North India's Uttarakhand state, where the River Ganges exits the Himalayan foothills. After reaching Haridwar, take the auspicious Ganga Aarti at river Ganga in Har-ki-Pauri (by Own Cost). The largest of several sacred Ghats (bathing steps), Har-Ki-Pauri hosts a nightly Ganga Aarti (river-worshipping ceremony) in which tiny flickering lamps are floated off the steps Worshipers fill the city during major festivals. Later return at the Hotel, free at leisure or relax. 
If Time Permits: Visit Mansadevi Temple: Mansa Devi temple is perched on the top of the Bilwa Parwat & it is dedicated to Goddess Mansa Devi. Mansa Devi can be reached either by a ropeway that carries pilgrims to the temple or on foot. A statue of the Goddess here has three mouths and five arms, while the other one has eight arms. The temple affords bird's eye view of Haridwar.

Haridwar – Barkot (210 KM / 7 – 8 Hrs) HT: 1352 M

This Morning after Breakfast at the Hotel, Proceed to Barkot Via Mussoorie. Barkot: Barkot is a small town, near Uttarkashi. It is located on the banks of the Yamuna river. It receives water from two holy rivers, namely Ganga and Yamuna. The Yamunotri Dham is around 50 Km far from Barkot. A large number of devotees stay here on their visit to Yamunotri Dham. 
If time Permits Enroute view the famous Kempty Water Falls at Mussoorie.

Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot (40 KM drive + One Side Trek 6 KM) HT: 3291 M

This Early morning at 05:00 AM, proceed for Janaki Chatti / Phool Chatti (40 KM), from here 6 Km. (Trekking is approximately 6 Km – Ponies / Dollies / Palkhies, Etc. (Ride will be on the direct payments basis by Guest). Visit Surya Putri: Yamunotri is situated in the western region of Garhwal Himalayas at an altitude of 3,291 meters. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna and has a black marble idol of the goddess. Yamunotri, the western most shrine of the Char Dhams, is dominated by Banderpunch (6,361 m). Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna, the twin sister of Varna, the Lord of Death. Yamuna is also the daughter of Surya the Sun. The actual source of the river originates from Champasar Glacier 1 km a head of the shrine, at an altitude of 4,321 M. Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again. Guest can Surya Kund: There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, which flows into numerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund. Divya Shila: A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple. In Yamunotri, Return Trek to Janki Chatti / Phool Chatti. Return back to Barkot, Overnight stay.

Barkot – Uttarkashi (90 KM / 4 Hrs) HT: 1352 M

This Morning after Breakfast at Hotel. Drive to Uttarkashi. Uttarkashi, meaning Kashi of the north, is a town located in Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand, India. Uttarkashi town is headquarters of the district. Uttarkashi is also known as Somya Kashi. Uttarkashi is a religious place for spiritual and adventurous tourism. Uttarkashi town is also called as Shiv Nagri. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple of Uttarkashi. Vishwanath temple is one of the oldest Shiva temples in Northern India. Re-constructed in 1857 by Maharani Khaneti Devi of Tehri State in the ancient architectural style. It is situated at the heart of the town. A massive iron trident, symbolic of divine mother’s, is erected and worshiped from time immemorial at the temple complex. Ganeshji, Sakshi-Gopal, Markandeya Rishi’s small shrines are also part of the temple complex. Akhand Jyoti as well as Akhand Abhishek, special Aarti at morning and evening are offered. As per Skunda Puran, Uttarkashi is known as ‘Saumya Varanasi’, the abode of Lord Shiva in Kaliyug and counted as one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. Shakti Temple - Right in front of the Vishwanath temple is Shakti temple. It has a big ‘Trishul’ of about 6 meters in height and a circumference of 90 cms. at bottom. Though there are different views about the making of this, the upper part of it seems to be made up of iron and the lower one is of copper. As per the epics this Shakti was thrown on the devils by the Goddess Durga(Shakti), hence it gets its name. Since then this Shakti is erected over here. Check-in at Hotel, free at leisure or relax.

Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100 KM / One Side 3 - 4 Hrs) HT: 3048 M

This Morning after breakfast, drive to Gangotri. Gangotri is a town and a Nagar Panchayat in Uttarkashi. It is 100 km from Uttarkashi, the main district headquarters. Enroute Visit Gangnani, take a Holy dip in Garam Kund via Very beautiful Harshil Valley and Visit Shree Gangotri Temple. It is the highest temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga. The holy River Ganges originates from the Gangotri glacier, located here, and is called Bhagirathi. Kedar Ganga Sangam: Around 100 Yards from the Ganga Temple flows the river Kedar Ganga. Starting from the Kedar Valle, this river meets the Bhagirathi on its left bank. The temple, constructed by the Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa in the 18th Century, is situated on the right bank of Bhagirathi. Submerged Shivling: Submerged in the river, this natural rock Shivling is the place where, according to mythology Lord Shiva sat when he received the Ganga in his matted lock. It is visible in winter months when water level decreases.  After Darshan, return back to Uttarkashi.

Uttarkashi - Guptkashi (220 KM / 8 - 9 Hrs) HT: 1319 M

This Early Morning, drive to Guptkashi Via Moolgarh & Lambgaon. Guptkashi, Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptkashi. The name Gupt Kashi means "Hidden Benares. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers were searching for a glimpse of Shiva, Shivji first concealed himself at Gupt Kashi. Gupta Kashi or Guptkashi is a fairly large town located at an elevation of 1,319 M in the Kedar-khanda, in Garhwal Himalayas of Rudraprayag district in Uttarakhand. Guptkashi – Kedarnath (30 KM drive + Up Side Trek 19 KM) HT: 3584 M

This Early Morning wake up at 03:00 Hrs and Proceed at 03:30 Hrs for Kedarnath. After medical Check-up Proceed to Sonprayag. Sonprayag situated at an elevation of 1829 m is famous a site where Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati were married. Flanked by nature's bounty and glorious snowcapped peaks, it is also a place where River Mandakini meets River Basuki. It is a belief that devotees can achieve Baikunt Dham with the touch of water. Trek starts from Sonprayag (Guest may travel by Local jeep to Gauri Kund: direct payment by Guest). Gauri Kund is a Hindu pilgrimage site and base camp for trek to Kedarnath Temple, in Uttarakhand. It is situated at an altitude of 1982 M above mean sea level in the Garhwal Himalayas. Gauri Kund is the commencement point of the trek of 19 KM to the sacred shrine of Kedarnath. (Trekking is approximately 19 Km – Ponies / Dollies / Palkhies / Helicopter Ride Etc., Rides are available on the direct payments basis by Guest), Helicopter Services are subject to Weather Conditions and Government Permits). Kedarnath - Guptkashi (Down Side Trek 19 KM + 30 KM drive)

This Early Morning Darshan at Kedarnath Temple. Kedarnath Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu God Shiva. The temple is located on the Garhwal Himalayan range near the Mandakini River, in Uttarakhand. Due to extreme weather conditions, the temple is open to the general public only between the months of April and November. This temple is the highest among the 12 Jyotirlinga. After Darshan Down trek to Sonprayag. (Guest may travel by Local jeep to Gauri Kund: direct payment by guest) Later drive to Guptkashi and relax.

Guptkashi - Badrinath (220 KM / 8 - 9 Hrs) HT: 1319 M

This Morning after breakfast, Drive to Badrinath. Badrinath is a town and Nagar panchayat in Chamoli district in Uttarakhand. A Hindu holy place, it is one of the four sites in India's Char Dham pilgrimage and is also part of India's Char Dham pilgrimage circuit. Check-in to the Hotel & relax. 
Later guest Visit at own to the Mana Village, Mana is a last Indian village from the border of India and Tibet/China in the Himalayas. It is located in the district of Chamoli. Vasudhara Falls: Vasudhara waterfall is set in the background of a 145 m cliff, nearby mountains are Chaukhamba, Nilkantha and Balakun. Bheem Pul. Bheem Pul is situated in mana village which is just half an hour drive from Badrinath. The Bheem Pul is located at the point where the Sarasvati River meets River Alaknanada at a tremendous speed. Legend has it that when the Pandeva’s of the epic Mahabharata were taking their final journey to heaven called swargarohan, they happened to pass through a point near the Badrinath Temple, where they had to cross the Sarasvati river. When their wife, Draupadi, was unable to cross the river, Bheema brought a huge rock and placed it above the river stream in such a way that it served as a bridge. That rock is now known as the Bheem Pul and is located in Mana village near Badrinath. Vyas Gufa. It is believed that it is this place where sage Vyas composed the Mahabharata epic with the help of Lord Ganesha.

Badrinath – Rudraprayag (160 KM) or Kirti Nagar (200 KM).

This Early Morning wake up and Proceed for Badrivishal - Badrinath Temple. After Darshan Guest may proceed with Brahamakapal (Direct payment by guest) is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitra’s). Later drive back to Rudraprayag or Kirtinagar via Joshimath: Joshimath is situated on the slopes above the confluence of the rivers Alaknanda and Dhauliganga. of the four 'Maths' established by Adi Shankaracharya, Joshimath is the winter seat of Badrinath. The idol is brought down to Joshimath and installed in the temple for people to worship. There are many other temples in the township. Easy Cancellation

But we actually don't want you to see this - We believe you deserve holidays..

Cancellation done by/ for/ due to:

A. Guest cancels the tour due to any personal reason:

1.    After booking guest may have any personal reason like non sanction of leave, exam postponement, illness, family emergency etc. which leads to cancellation of their tour/ package.

2.    Date of the cancellation request email sent by the guest (unless decision withheld or changed), will be considered as the date of cancellation and the cancellation charge will be applicable accordingly.           

B. Considering the safety of the tourists, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is compelled to postpone/ reschedule the tour under force majeure situation or due to uncontrollable factors at the destination, however guest/s do not wish to continue and cancel the tour:

1.    Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel/ postpone/ re-schedule any tour under force majeure situation like natural calamity, epidemic, pandemic, terrorist activities, political unrest, curfews, local riots, government orders etc. or uncontrollable factors like airline operation/ schedule change, disruption due to political/ sports/ local/ VIP event etc. at the destination considering the safety of the tourists.

2.    Under any such force majeure situation/ uncontrollable factors, no refund - fully or partially will be applicable. As refund is not applicable, guest will be required to choose the next possible future date of the same tour. If there is any price difference for the future tour, guests will have to pay the same before the tour departure.

3.    To reschedule the tour in force majeure situation/ uncontrollable factors, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will send the request to all the concerned associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. for their cooperation and assistance in postponement of the services. In case these associates are not in a positon to consider the request, then actual cancellation charges may apply.

4.    If guest wants to change the destination, then decision will depend on the cooperation of the associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. Such a decision will require time and will be given as early as possible. If the selected tour’s price is more, then guest will have to pay the difference before the tour departure. In case the tour price is less, then the remaining amount will be kept in a credit shell with Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd.. No refund is applicable for the credit shell.

C. Guest cancels the tour due to non-acceptance of change in itinerary/ service:

1.    For the betterment of the itinerary or under unforeseen situation, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to add/ delete/ exchange the sightseeing place/s or any other service and on this ground guest will not be able to withdraw from the tour.

2.    In this case if the additional sightseeing or service requires extra charge then it will have to be paid by the guest.

3.    If any guest is not willing to accept the said change, then guest will have to cancel the tour and cancellation charges as per the Cancellation Policy will be applicable.

D. Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to visa rejection/ delay:

1.    Rejection/ delay of visa will lead to deemed cancellation and the booking will stand cancelled without any intimation or confirmation from the Guest.      

2.    Visa rejection date will be considered as the date of cancellation and the cancellation charge will be applicable accordingly.

3.    Guest can re-apply by paying additional visa charges, however granting of visa is at the discretion of the respective Consulates and Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the same.

4.    If visa is not granted even for the second time, the cancellation charge will be based on the date of the rejection of the second visa application.

5.    If no intimation of visa (granted/ rejected) is received from the respective consulate/ embassy before the tour departure, then it is considered as deemed cancellation and cancellation charge will be applicable.

6.    In case of ‘group booking’, if visa of an individual in a group is rejected or delayed and the rest of the group cancels the tour then cancellation charges as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy shall be applicable to the entire group.

7.    When visa is received from consulate, it’s copy is sent to the guest via email by Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd., however sometimes consulates dispatch the passports directly to the guest’s residence. In both the cases it is the responsibility of the guest to check the visa sticker/visa copy and verify that the personal details and visa validity is accurate. Due to any incorrect details, if the immigration office does not allow the guest to leave or enter the country, then Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any refund / losses / consequences.

8.    In certain cases, where air ticket/ visa is processed more than 91 days in advance, there along with regular tour cancellation charges, additional actual charges on account of air/visa fees will be applicable.

E. Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to the non-payment of partial/ full tour price:

1.    Guest is required to pay full tour price at the time of booking/ 60 days/ 45 days prior to the tour departure date. If the payment is not received during the mentioned time frame, then Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the booking without any written notification from the guest and forfeit the paid amount.

2.    In such case, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd.’s cancellation notice date will be treated as the deemed cancellation date and cancellation charges will apply as per the Cancellation Policy.

F. Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to ‘No show’ or absence on Day 1 of the tour:

1.    If any guest fails to join the tour on day one, it is termed as ‘No Show’ and will be treated as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.

2.    All services will stand cancelled and 100% cancellation charges will be applicable, unless the guest notifies Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. about joining the same tour later at their own expense.

G. Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s tour stands cancelled due to discontinuation from ongoing tour:

1.    If Guest discontinues/ terminates the tour for any personal reason, it is termed as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.

2.    Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. team will assist the guest to book the required services, however all expenses for the same will have to be paid by the guest immediately in advance.

H. Single (Solo) Guest sharing a room with other guest, cancels the tour:

1.    Single guest should ideally book on speciality tours such as Women's Special/ Seniors Special/ Adventure Special etc., where Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. guarantees a room partner and guest saves on the single occupancy charge.

2.    If a single guest is travelling alone on a regular tour, then s/he will have to pay single occupancy charge. If s/he gets a room partner for the tour and shares the twin/ double room for all tour days, then the single occupancy charge will be refunded to the guest within 10 working days of tour completion.

3.    In case of cancellation by one of the room sharing partners, no refund of single occupancy charge is applicable.

J. The above cancellation charges include various direct and indirect expenses incurred for preparation and operation of the tour.

K. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to give any details or bifurcation of the tour price or the cancellation charge.

L. Any refund payable to the guest as per the Cancellation Policy will be paid within 10 working days of receiving the final confirmation of cancellation request from the guest.

31. Cancellation of the tour by Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd.:

1.    Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any group tour/ package due to any operational reason or inadequate participation of the guests required to operate a group tour. In such case, cancellation of tour shall be communicated to the guest on their registered email/ telephone/ sms.

 

2.    Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest.

3.    Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. owes no responsibility for any additional expense related to any other arrangements made by the guest on their own.

4.    A guest willing to take any other tour can do so in consultation with the respective Travel Advisor. Excess / short payment, if any for the new tour will be refunded/ collected, to/ from the guest.

32. Right of Admission and Termination:

1.    Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deny any booking or cancel the accepted booking of any guest without divulging any reason or giving any justification.

2.    Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the tour of any guest while on tour if the guest does not follow the group tour decorum or misbehaves/ create nuisance to the co-passengers/ Tour Manager/ coach captain/ local citizens/ officials etc. Under such circumstance guest will have to make arrangements for their return travel on their own and no refund is applicable.        

33. Transfer of Tour:

1.    If guests wish to transfer their original tour to a new tour for any reason, then such transfer is treated as cancellation of the original tour and hence a fresh booking of the new tour has to be made. Cancellation charges will apply on the net tour price of the original tour. For the new tour, prevailing tour price and discounts will be applicable.

2.    If guests wish to transfer the tour, they will have to communicate in writing to the Travel Advisor. Such requests will be accepted subject to availability.

34. Merging of Tours:

1.    Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to merge two or multiple tours when there is inadequate participation of the guests in a single tour or for any operational reason. Seat allocation in the coach will happen as per the booking date priority of the merged tours.

35. Refund:

1.    Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable to the guest in case of cancellation, transfer or amendment of the tour. Refund is calculated on the basis of various factors such as the cancellation date, reduction in tour capacity, contractual agreement and cancellation policies of associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. The decision given by Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. on the quantum of refund according to the Cancellation Policy.

2.    As per GOI regulations any refund from Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. for both, Indian or International tours will be paid only in Indian rupees by A/C payee cheque/ NEFT/RTGS, even if guest has made the tour payment partly or fully in foreign currency.

3.    Refund is always processed in the name of the family head marked on the booking form or in case of ad-hoc/corporate group it may be in the name of the institution/company who has made the payment on behalf of the group.

4.    Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest/s.

5.    Convenience Charge for the payments made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Transfer etc., is non-refundable.

6.    Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for international tours is non-refundable as it is deposited with the income tax department and recorded on guest’s registered PAN. TCS once paid cannot be reversed, however can be claimed by the guest while filing their annual Income Tax Returns.

7.    In case of force majeure/ uncontrollable situation Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to levy non-refundable ‘tour transfer charge’ or ‘service charge’ for standalone service. 

8.    For FIT/Customized packages, Holiday Design Fee charged at the time of enquiry is non-refundable in case guests do not book the holiday with Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd..

9.    When tour price includes visa fee and if consulate/ VFS/ embassy procedure requires visa fee payment directly by the guest, then visa fee reduction will be given at the time of booking or will be refunded within 7 working days of submission of visa payment receipt by the guest.

When tour price includes visa fee and guest holds a valid visa for the tour, they are required to submit the visa copy at the time of booking to avail the reduction of the visa fee. In case of unforeseen circumstances if tour reschedules then guest will have to get the visa done according to the new schedule and bear the costs of the same.

Travel Tips

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • Booking Amount is ₹  25,000/- per person to confirm the booking. 
  • Balance Amount to be cleared 45 days prior to start date of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • No name change allowed after booking.
  • Minimum booking amount is ₹25,000/- Per Person.
  • Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
  • Any Deviation in above itinerary then Guest has make the Arrangements at own Cost.
  • No transfers will be provided for Meals, Meals at Indian Restaurants are by walking.
  • Vehicle are on Point to Point basis only, Guest has to pay the additional Charges for extra usage of vehicle. 
  • Charges for leaving garbage, Food Item, Food Packets, Empty Waste Packets, Litter’s in Vehicle, to paid directly on the Spot.
  • If the Group Tour Passengers are less than reserved Tour block, then the Booking may be re-arranged as per the Available passengers in the Group Tour. If the Guests are increased / Decreased, Tour cost may vary, all the Guest will have to bear the same & bound to pay.
  • As per health conditions requesting guests to carry Medicines, Dry-Snacks, Biscuit Etc.
  • Please Read, Carry & follow the Valid Neem Voucher provide by Neem Holidays Private Limited, which will be issued 3 Days Prior to the Departure.
  • Tour Manager Service will only be provided if the Group size is of 30 passengers or above. For group with size of less than 30 passengers, driver-cum-guide will accompany you.
  • PAN Card is Mandatory at the time of booking for every guest aged 18 years and above.
  • Indian Standard Check-In time is 14:00 Hrs & Check-Out time is 10:00 hrs. All Hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
  • Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out will not be possible.
  • If tour get cancelled due to any Virus and Outbreaks, Covid or Similar or any Government restrictions then cancellation charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
  • Neem Holidays Private Limited in no way shall be responsible for Cancellation of Flights, Change of time for Flight / Trains / Bus / Ferry, Missing of Flight / Trains / Bus / Ferry, Any kind of Medical problems or Medical emergencies, Any kind of Loss, Loss due to injury or damage to person or property in connection with the Flight, Train, Bus, Ferry, Transportation, Hotels, Airports, Water, Marine Transport, caused by acts of strikes, Riots, War, Virus Outbreak, Covid or similar, Lock-Down, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Political disturbances, Electricity Failures, Natural Calamities, Government Policies & Permissions, Force Majeure etc.
  • All the Sightseeing depends on all the Permits, weather & road condition, Land Slides, Permission from the government authorities.
  • Vehicles facilities are available only Up to parking. Guest has to manage their transfer’s from parking to sightseeing Locations (if required).
  • Itinerary may subject to change as per flight timings, weather Condition, Covid 19 Norms and SOP’s, availability of guide & entrance Tickets (if any) etc.
  • Any Cost during any type of Natural Calamities / Medical Emergencies / Changes in the tour had to be payable by guest on the Spot.
  • All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
  • No refunds will be given for Unutilised / partially utilised services.
  • General Advisory On Baggage & Vehicle:
    General advisories regarding your baggage & Vehicle travel
  • Maximum 02 (Two) pieces of Check-In & Hand Baggage (01 Piece each) are permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits. it is at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to availability. Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co-passengers on Board.
  • The turn round for breakdown of Vehicle / Bus on tour is minimum of 3 - 4 Hours.
  • GST Extra as applicable.
    Prevailing GST rate is at 5% / GST Rate @10% without Pan Card (If PAN CARD is not available / submitted) will be applicable Extra or as per Government Norms.
  • A new directive has been released by RBI regarding remittance process. It is now mandatory to submit PAN details of all passengers for all LRS (Liberalised Remittance Scheme) remittances irrespective of the value.
  • In case of any changes in the GST / TCS rate by government by travelling date, then the customers have to bear the difference of the same.

  • Itinerary may subject to change as per flight timings, Roads & Weather Condition, SOP’s, availability of Various Factors, Government Authority Permissions etc.
  • Carry the Medicine & Snacks suggested by Doctor’s as per your health Condition.
  • Please carry some Dry Snacks, Dry Fruits & Biscuits as per your Health requirement as there are huge Traffic-Jams and barricading’s at every Places.
  • Please Carry the Doctor’s Permission prior to your Chardham Tour.
  • Please arrange your breakfast on Day 01, as you will be transferred to Haridwar directly from the Delhi Airport.
  • Please be patience during the tour, as the Hotels in this sector are standard to very standard and service may very due to huge guest travelling in this sector.
  • Neem Holidays Private Limited in no way shall be responsible for Flight Miss, Any loss, due to injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, Natural Calamities, Rains, Accidents, Land Slides etc. All Sightseeing and Darshan depends on Government Permits, Weather & Road condition, Permission from the government authorities to proceed for Darshan or Road Permissions.
  • Carry limited luggage only. Otherwise additional vehicle charges to be paid by Guest.
