01

Arrival - Tokyo

Arrival in Tokyo –the capital of Japan! Upon arrival, freshen up at the airport & meet with our representative at arrival hall. From airport, enjoy Tokyo orientation city tour where you enjoy places such as: Odaiba – Rainbow Bridge, Liberty Statue, Daiso. Today also see Imperial Palace (photo stop).

Dinner at Indian restaurant & overnight stay at hotel in Tokyo.

02

Tokyo

After breakfast, visit Asakusa Temple & some free time at Nakamise dori souvenior shopping street. Later after lunch, continue Tokyo sightseeing and visit Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. Later spend time on Kabukicho for 3D board and then proceed towards Shibuya Crossing. Enjoy free time at Ginza for shopping and then proceed for dinner.

Tokyo - Fujiyama - Nagoya

After breakfast at the Hotel, check out & proceed to Fujiyama. Revel in breathtaking views of Mt Fuji. Visit Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum, Traditional Japanese Village & Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls. After lunch, proceed to Nagoya. Check-in at your hotel in Nagoya after dinner.

Nagoya - Kyoto - Osaka

After breakfast at the hotel, check out & drive to Kyoto. Upon arrival at Kyoto, enjoy guided Kyoto city sightseeing tour and visit Kiyomizu-dera temple. After lunch, visit Kinkaku-ji temple & Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. Later, continue onwards to Osaka. Upon arrival at Osaka, check-in at your hotel post dinner.

Kobe

After breakfast, today we visit Kobe - known for its signature marbled beef and scenic setting of mountains framing the harbor. Visit Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum & listen to survivors talk about their experiences with the Kobe Earthquake, or participate in a disaster management seminar given by researchers. After Lunch, visit Kobe Mosaic Garden.
Later proceed back to Osaka and enjoy free time at Dotonbori Shopping Street. Thereafter proceed back to your hotel post dinner.

Hiroshima

After breakfast, proceed to railway station and enjoy an exciting Bullet Train journey to Hiroshima by Shinkansen. At Hiroshima, visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park (Atomic Bomb Dome). After lunch, proceed back to Osaka by road.

Nara

After breakfast at hotel, today we proceed to Nara. At Nara, visit Nara deer park and Tōdai-ji temple. After lunch, proceed back to Osaka and enjoy free time for shopping.

Osaka - Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and proceed to airport to board your flight back to INDIA!

Before 30 Days of tour start	100 % of the Invoice.
Between 31 - 60 Days.	75% of the Invoice.
Between 61 - 90 Days.	50% of the Invoice.
Between 91 - 900 Days.	25% of the Invoice OR Registration Amount whichever is Higher.

In case of cancelation, entire refundable amount will be given in form of a Credit Note.
Credit Note can only be used by the person in whose name it is issued.
Credit Note will be valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Travel Tips

GST & TCS as applicable extra

Prevailing GST rate is 5% AND TCS rate is at 5% (with PAN card) & @10% (without Pan Card). Same will be applicable extra. In case of any change in GST/TCS rate by government on travelling date, the customers will be required to pay difference.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Booking amount = INR 50,000/- per person to confirm the booking
Balance amount to be cleared 60 days prior to start date of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

No name change allowed after booking.
Minimum booking amount is INR 50,000/- per person.
Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
Tour Manager Service will only be provided if the Group size is of 30 passengers or above. For groups with size of less than 30 passengers, driver-cum-guide will accompany you.
PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then cancellation charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
In case of Visa rejection, the above-mentioned cancellation policy shall apply. Issuing of Visa or Rejection is solely in hands of Visa Consulate. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any rejections.

General advisories regarding your baggage & Bus travel
Only the two pieces of Check In & Hand Baggage (1 pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to availability. Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co passengers on Board.
The turn round for breakdown of bus on tour is minimum of 3hrs
