Phnom Penh → Siem Reap → Kompong Pluk

SUSADAY! Welcome to CAMBODIA! Upon arrival at Phnom Penh, you will journey straight to Siem Reap (~320 km / 6hrs) to experience its cultural treasures, ancient architecture, and political history. Siem Reap’s rich history can be seen everywhere. Along the way tour guide will break down the long journey with toilets and convenience store as well as the local market at Skun village where people named fruits and spiders market with Indian lunch boxes then we will carry on the trip to have a boat ride on the Tonle Sap Lake at KAMPONG PHLUK VILLAGE. This is the largest permanent fresh-water lake in Southeast Asia and flows into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong River. We will see a fishermen's "floating village" with floating schools, a floating police station, etc. It is the same as a big village floating on the lake, and the "village" moves from place to place following water levels and currents with some stilted to evacuate from floods Arrived in Siem Reap, checked in at hotel. the evening is a great time to explore the charms of Siem Reap city with the expertise before dinner. You will learn about the most holy pagoda in town and the royal residence where the king comes to stay during his trip to visit Siem Reap located in the middle of a beautiful garden along Siem Reap River. The optional foot or back massages at Pub-Street after long way from home to Siem Reap. Transfer back to hotel after dinner.

Siem Reap → Temple Touring (Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, Bayon, Ta Phrom)

After breakfast, visit the Angkor Thom (12 century). Start with the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Also visit Thommanan, Chaosay Tevoda, Ta Keo. small, attractive temple in very good condition, built all the same time as Angkor Wat. Later, visit to Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Then visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Return to hotel for freshen up then dinner, your dinner located in the heart of the city center where is the most convenience location for you to explore local night markets as tonight is the last night in Siem Reap. Transfer back hotel.

Siem Reap - Genocide Museum - Central Market - Wat Phnom - Phnom Penh Hotel

After breakfast, check out & proceed to Phnom Penh you will journey straight to Phnom Penh (~314 km / 6hrs) to experience its cultural treasures, ancient architecture, and political history. which’s very comfortable and gives you the time to rest and view back about Cambodian way of life along the way. Upon arrival, stop for lunch first then head to the very Confront Cambodia's tragic past on a guided tour of the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a former school that served as a Khmer Rouge torture center. It's estimated that more than 20,000 people were held & tortured here in 1975 to 1979. After touring at S-21 museum then carry on to visit the Central Market of Phnom Penh, taking in the interesting French colonial architecture with a range of different local stalls, you won’t leave empty-handed here. The Central Market is best for gifts and souvenirs among many other things and Wat Phnom the most holy area in town with the full history of why the capital city is here. Return to hotel check-in then you could go for sightseeing along the riverfront and very colorful Mekong cruises line up for their passengers on the river bank. Phnom Penh's night-life is amazing and so relaxed. This is on the pathway that led you to dinner next to the Royal Palace entrance that faced the river junctions with the prettiest hall for the king and delegations’ dinner. After dinner transfer back to the hotel.

Phnom Penh - Moc Bai Border - HCMC Cu Chi Tunnel - HCMC

After breakfast, check out and transfer back to Moc Bai border by road. Drop off at Moc Bai – Bavet Border (at Cambodia side). After an Immigration, proceed to The Cu Chi Tunnels are an immense network of interconnected tunnels near Saigon that are part of a much larger network lying below much of the country. A guided visit to these tunnels provides a better understanding of their history, the hardship of life underground and the resilience of the Vietnamese during combat. The tunnels were built and used initially by the Viet Cong guerrillas as hiding spots to protect them from the French air and ground sweeps. They later served as communication routes, storage facilities, hospitals and living quarters for the guerrilla fighters throughout the Vietnam-American war. You're invited to enter a section of the tunnels to witness the secrets of the tunnels firsthand. Your guide will also show you various mantraps employed from this period, the remains of an American tank and numerous B52 bomb craters. There is also the opportunity to fire an M60, M16 or AK47 rifle at the range next to the tunnel complex (at own cost). Post Lunch Hotel Check In.

Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta

After breakfast, we take you to My Tho, the capital of Tien Giang Province. Situated on the Mekong River, 75 kilometers southeast of Ho Chi Minh City, the city is surrounded by orchards and rice fields, which produce grain for the entire country. Visit one or two of the islands that produce traditional handcrafts, coconut candy and bee farms. Visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, the oldest one in the delta on your boat trip on the Mekong River. Later return to Ho Chi Minh City,

Ho Chi Minh City Tour - Flight to Danang

Today enjoy orientation city tour of Ho Chi Minh City to discover the city, known as the ”Paris of the East”. Visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. After lunch, transfer to airport for boarding flight to Danang. Upon arrival in Danang, meet your local guide & transfer to city. Drop at Dragon Bridge for photo taking. Check-in & refresh.

Da Nang – Marble Mountain - Hoi An

This morning we do a full day excursion to Hoi An. On the way we drop to visit Marble Mountain (included one-way by lift) which was named after the ancient oriental philosophy including 5 elements creating universe: metal, wood, water, fire and earth. Reaching here, you will see the systems of caves. Besides, you also could enjoy the panorama of Danang beach and its city from the summit of mountain. Continue visit Hoi An Ancient Town which was listed as a World Cultural Heritage by Unesco in 1999. It is a living museum of world-wide construction designs and urban lifestyle. From the 15th till the 20th century, Hoi An was an exclusive trading port between European and Asian businessmen. This is where Chinese, Japanese, and Portuguese traders have left their own vestiges via diverse architecture patterns. To this day, Ancient Town Hoi An Vietnam remains notably well-preserved, almost in its original state, retaining its pure and oriental medieval style: Japanese Covered Bridge, The Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Tan Ky Old House In evening, you explore the charming beauty of Hoi An at night. After 6 o’clock in the evening, as the old town lightened, it’s the time for paper lanterns with small candles inside twinkle so you could buy (on your own expenses) the candle lit paper flowers from little lovely girls who wear the Vietnamese traditional dress “Ao Dai” with conical hat and holding flat basket full of paper lanterns. Buy some and put them down on the Hoai River then make a wish. This is considered to bring you good luck and happiness. Next, you will have chance to see traditional game in Hoi An named: “Bai choi” which is crowded with people at night to play at the wide yard near the bridge to get more interesting experience. Beside, you could walk around the night market to buy some handmade souvenirs for your friends and relatives.

Da Nang – Ba Na Hills – Golden Bridge

After breakfast, transfer to Bana Hills and take Cable Car to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Ninh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden, Golden Bridge. Local Lunch at restaurant. Then free to relax and play games at Fantasy Theme Amusement (almost normal games and 4D Movie already included in your tour package but only some games which have reward, you will pay the fee by yourself). After that you will take cable car back the foot and the driver picks up and transfers you to the restaurant for dinner and thereafter to hotel.

Ha Noi - Halong Bay Cruise

After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave Hanoi to Ha Long bay with approximate 3 hours driving. Upon arrival at Ha Long, we will board our luxury junk boat for a delicious seafood lunch while our Junk is cruising around hundreds of wonderful limestone formations arising from emerald green water. After lunch, cruise through the magnificent bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations and the crystal clear water. Later explore some of the small islets and relax on a white sandy beach before returning to the ship before dinner.

Halong Bay - Hanoi – SAPA

Start the day with coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries served in the dining room. For those interested, it will be followed by a 30-minute instruction in tai chi on the sundeck. This morning we continue to cruise around the bay to find more secluded areas to either swim or kayak in. Light Lunch is served at mid-day. After brunch, return to the main harbor and transfer to Sapa. Arrival in Sapa. Transfer to hotel and check in .

SAPA – GLASS BRIDGE – CAT CAT VILLAGE

After breakfast, transfer to Sapa by coach. Arrival sapa at middle-day. Lunch at restaurant, after lunch we will transfer you to visit Glass Bridge - is the longest Glass Bridge in Indochina. With the special design of the bridge, when you come here for cloud hunting, you may find out yourself dive deep into the cloud sea. First, visitors will go to the mountain and move up by the elevator 2 ways (it takes 10 minutes/way) from to the glass bridge located 300 m above the ground. Glass bridge was built far 60m from cliffs and glass corridors for visitors to stand for sightseeing, take pictures and experience the thrilling feel.
After lunch, following the road down to the valley by steps, walking to
H’Mong Villagers (Cat Cat Village) working on the paddy fields and their animals, such as Chicken, Water Buffaloes and pot Bellied pigs.
Hydro Electric Power Station which was built by the French time in early 20th century, and a beautiful waterfall that is the good place for resting.

SAPA – FANSIPAN – DEPARTURE

After breakfast, proceed to Fansipan Mountain. The world’s longest and highest cable car running up from sleepy Sapa Town in Lao Cai Province to the peak of 3,1 43-meter Fansipan Mountain, known as Indochina’s rooftop. First by 20-25mins Cable Car ride to 2800 meter level where huge Buddha Statue located then  take a 2 ways Funicular to the peak of Fansipan. Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful view from the highest point of this incredible mountain.

But we actually don't want you to see this - We believe you deserve holidays..

·         Cancellation done by/ for/ due to:

a. Guest cancels the tour due to any personal reason:

  1. After booking guest may have any personal reason like non sanction of leave, exam postponement, illness, family emergency etc. which leads to cancellation of their tour/ package.
  2. Date of the cancellation request email sent by the guest (unless decision withheld or changed), will be considered as the date of cancellation and the cancellation charge will be applicable accordingly.           

b. Considering the safety of the tourists, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is compelled to postpone/ reschedule the tour under force majeure situation or due to uncontrollable factors at the destination, however guest/s do not wish to continue and cancel the tour:

  1. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel/ postpone/ re-schedule any tour under force majeure situation like natural calamity, epidemic, pandemic, terrorist activities, political unrest, curfews, local riots, government orders etc. or uncontrollable factors like airline operation/ schedule change, disruption due to political/ sports/ local/ VIP event etc. at the destination considering the safety of the tourists.
  2. Under any such force majeure situation/ uncontrollable factors, no refund - fully or partially will be applicable. As refund is not applicable, guest will be required to choose the next possible future date of the same tour. If there is any price difference for the future tour, guests will have to pay the same before the tour departure.
  3. To reschedule the tour in force majeure situation/ uncontrollable factors, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will send the request to all the concerned associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. for their cooperation and assistance in postponement of the services. In case these associates are not in a positon to consider the request, then actual cancellation charges may apply.
  4. If guest wants to change the destination, then decision will depend on the cooperation of the associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. Such a decision will require time and will be given as early as possible. If the selected tour’s price is more, then guest will have to pay the difference before the tour departure. In case the tour price is less, then the remaining amount will be kept in a credit shell with Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd.. No refund is applicable for the credit shell.

c. Guest cancels the tour due to non-acceptance of change in itinerary/ service:

  1. For the betterment of the itinerary or under unforeseen situation, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to add/ delete/ exchange the sightseeing place/s or any other service and on this ground guest will not be able to withdraw from the tour.
  2. In this case if the additional sightseeing or service requires extra charge then it will have to be paid by the guest.
  3. If any guest is not willing to accept the said change, then guest will have to cancel the tour and cancellation charges as per the Cancellation Policy will be applicable.

d. Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to visa rejection/ delay:

  1. Rejection/ delay of visa will lead to deemed cancellation and the booking will stand cancelled without any intimation or confirmation from the Guest.      
  2. Visa rejection date will be considered as the date of cancellation and the cancellation charge will be applicable accordingly.
  3. Guest can re-apply by paying additional visa charges, however granting of visa is at the discretion of the respective Consulates and Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the same.
  4. If visa is not granted even for the second time, the cancellation charge will be based on the date of the rejection of the second visa application.
  5. If no intimation of visa (granted/ rejected) is received from the respective consulate/ embassy before the tour departure, then it is considered as deemed cancellation and cancellation charge will be applicable.
  6. In case of ‘group booking’, if visa of an individual in a group is rejected or delayed and the rest of the group cancels the tour then cancellation charges as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy shall be applicable to the entire group.
  7. When visa is received from consulate, it’s copy is sent to the guest via email by Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd., however sometimes consulates dispatch the passports directly to the guest’s residence. In both the cases it is the responsibility of the guest to check the visa sticker/visa copy and verify that the personal details and visa validity is accurate. Due to any incorrect details, if the immigration office does not allow the guest to leave or enter the country, then Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any refund / losses / consequences.
  8. In certain cases, where air ticket/ visa is processed more than 91 days in advance, there along with regular tour cancellation charges, additional actual charges on account of air/visa fees will be applicable.

e. Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to the non-payment of partial/ full tour price:

  1. Guest is required to pay full tour price at the time of booking/ 60 days/ 45 days prior to the tour departure date. If the payment is not received during the mentioned time frame, then Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the booking without any written notification from the guest and forfeit the paid amount.
  2. In such case, Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd.’s cancellation notice date will be treated as the deemed cancellation date and cancellation charges will apply as per the Cancellation Policy.

f. Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s booking stands cancelled due to ‘No show’ or absence on Day 1 of the tour:

  1. If any guest fails to join the tour on day one, it is termed as ‘No Show’ and will be treated as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
  2. All services will stand cancelled and 100% cancellation charges will be applicable, unless the guest notifies Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. about joining the same tour later at their own expense.

g. Deemed Cancellation - Guest’s tour stands cancelled due to discontinuation from ongoing tour:

  1. If Guest discontinues/ terminates the tour for any personal reason, it is termed as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
  2. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. team will assist the guest to book the required services, however all expenses for the same will have to be paid by the guest immediately in advance.

h. Single (Solo) Guest sharing a room with other guest, cancels the tour:

  1. Single guest should ideally book on speciality tours such as Women\\\'s Special/ Seniors Special/ Adventure Special etc., where Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. guarantees a room partner and guest saves on the single occupancy charge.
  2. If a single guest is travelling alone on a regular tour, then s/he will have to pay a single occupancy charge. If s/he gets a room partner for the tour and shares the twin/ double room for all tour days, then the single occupancy\\\'s extra charges credit note will be given to the guest within 10 working days of tour completion.
  3. In case of cancellation by one of the room sharing partners, no refund of single occupancy charge is applicable.

j. The above cancellation charges include various direct and indirect expenses incurred for preparation and operation of the tour.

k. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to give any details or bifurcation of the tour price or the cancellation charge.

l. Any refund payable to the guest as per the Cancellation Policy will be paid within 10 working days of receiving the final confirmation of cancellation request from the guest.

 

·         Cancellation of the tour by Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd.:

  1. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any group tour/ package due to any operational reason or inadequate participation of the guests required to operate a group tour. In such case, cancellation of tour shall be communicated to the guest on their registered email/ telephone/ sms.
  2. The amount paid by the client will be given a credit note after deduction as per cancellation policy. which has to be use in one year..
  3. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest.
  4. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. owes no responsibility for any additional expense related to any other arrangements made by the guest on their own.
  5. A guest willing to take any other tour can do so in consultation with the respective Travel Advisor. Excess / short payment, if any for the new tour will be refunded/ collected, to/ from the guest.

·         Right of Admission and Termination:

  1. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deny any booking or cancel the accepted booking of any guest without divulging any reason or giving any justification.
  2. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the tour of any guest while on tour if the guest does not follow the group tour decorum or misbehaves/ create nuisance to the co-passengers/ Tour Manager/ coach captain/ local citizens/ officials etc. Under such circumstance guest will have to make arrangements for their return travel on their own and no refund is applicable.                                                      

·         Transfer of Tour:

  1. If guests wish to transfer their original tour to a new tour for any reason, then such transfer is treated as cancellation of the original tour and hence a fresh booking of the new tour has to be made. Cancellation charges will apply on the net tour price of the original tour. For the new tour, prevailing tour price and discounts will be applicable.
  2. If guests wish to transfer the tour, they will have to communicate in writing to the Travel Advisor. Such requests will be accepted subject to availability.

·         Merging of Tours:

  1. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to merge two or multiple tours when there is inadequate participation of the guests in a single tour or for any operational reason. Seat allocation in the coach will happen as per the booking date priority of the merged tours.

 

·         Refund:

  1. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable to the guest in case of cancellation, transfer or amendment of the tour. Refund is calculated on the basis of various factors such as the cancellation date, reduction in tour capacity, contractual agreement and cancellation policies of associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. The decision given by Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. on the quantum of refund according to the Cancellation Policy shall be final and will be paid directly to the guest.
  2. As per GOI regulations any refund from Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. for both, Indian or International tours will be paid only in Indian rupees by A/C payee cheque/ NEFT/RTGS, even if guest has made the tour payment partly or fully in foreign currency.
  3. Refund is always processed in the name of the family head marked on the booking form or in case of ad-hoc/corporate group it may be in the name of the institution/company who has made the payment on behalf of the group.
  4. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest/s.
  5. Convenience Charge for the payments made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Transfer etc., is non-refundable.
  6. Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for international tours is non-refundable as it is deposited with the income tax department and recorded on guest’s registered PAN. TCS once paid cannot be reversed, however can be claimed by the guest while filing their annual Income Tax Returns.
  7. In case of force majeure/ uncontrollable situation Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to levy non-refundable ‘tour transfer charge’ or ‘service charge’ for standalone service. 
  8. For FIT/Customized packages, Holiday Design Fee charged at the time of enquiry is non-refundable in case guests do not book the holiday with Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd..
  9. When tour price includes visa fee and if consulate/ VFS/ embassy procedure requires visa fee payment directly by the guest, then visa fee reduction will be given at the time of booking or will be refunded within 7 working days of submission of visa payment receipt by the guest.
  10. When tour price includes visa fee and guest holds a valid visa for the tour, they are required to submit the visa copy at the time of booking to avail the reduction of the visa fee. In case of unforeseen circumstances if tour reschedules then guest will have to get the visa done according to the new schedule and bear the costs of the same.

Travel Tips

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • Booking amount = INR 75,000/- per person to confirm the booking
  • Balance amount to be cleared 60 days prior to start date of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Itinerary is subject to change as per the flight timings or due to any unavoidable circumstances.
  • No transfers for clients who take diversions OR book flight tickets themselves if the time does not match the group's arrival or departure time.
  • No name change allowed after booking.
  • Minimum booking amount is INR 75,000/- per person.
  • Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
  • Tour Manager Service will only be provided if the group size is of 30 passengers or above. For groups with size of less than 30 passengers, driver-cum-guide will accompany you.
  • PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
  • Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
  • Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
  • If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then cancellation charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
  • In case of Visa rejection, the above-mentioned cancellation policy shall apply. Issuing of Visa or Rejection is solely in hands of Visa Consulate. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any rejections.

    General advisories regarding your baggage & Bus travel
    Only the two pieces of Check In & Hand Baggage (1 pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to availability. Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co passengers on Board.
    Only the two pieces of baggage is allowed Check In & Hand Baggage (1pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to space availability& will be at an additional cost for excess baggage & will be at an additional cost for excess baggage.
    Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co passengers on Board.  

  • All financial request on tour as Tips of driver should be in local currency.

    The turn round for breakdown of bus on tour is minimum of 3hrs to 4hrs
